The real Mediterranean experience in the heart of Budapest
The location was given, the idea came true. Our restaurant opened in 2018 next to St. Stephen’s Basilica, in the buildingof the former Marczibányi Palace. It is right to say that La Fabbrica has become a determining location of downtown Budapest. The originally Italian cuisine has beeen transformed into Mediterranean due to the contribution of Páter József creative chef, who is the leader of our renewed kitchen.
Our food is sophisticated, the flavours are in harmony. The renewed menu includes hummus as well as the authentic flavours of the Mediterranean kitchen, but those who desire real Italian pizza, are in the right place too.
In La Fabbrica next to our kitchen , the bar play an important part as well. The La Fabbrica Bar won the „TOP 3 New Bar Of The Year” award in the 2019 Bar Show leads by Peter Gózon barmanager. We can now say that every detail is in right place, so we are sure you will spend a wonderfull time in our restaurant whether you are a local guest or a visitor.
